By using the Tricia iOS app, web app (app.heytricia.ai), or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Tricia is operated by Tricia 42 LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

Tricia is intended for users aged 18 and older. By using Tricia you represent that you meet this age requirement.

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.

Tricia uses third-party AI services (see our Privacy Policy for the full list) to transcribe your speech, generate responses, analyze photos you share, and create images or videos. AI output may contain inaccuracies. You should not rely on Tricia for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

You retain ownership of posts, photos, and audio you create with Tricia. By using the service you grant Tricia a non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content for the purpose of operating the service.

You agree not to use Tricia to:

• Violate any law or another person's rights.
• Upload content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, or sexually exploitative.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service.
• Impersonate another person without their consent.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Tricia at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app or by contacting us at i@heytricia.ai.

Tricia is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tricia 42 LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or via email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
