Tricia is a voice-first social network for sharing memories and stories, operated by Tricia 42 LLC. This policy applies to the Tricia iOS app, web app (app.heytricia.ai), and related services.
2. Information We Collect
- Account info: Name, email, and profile photo from your Google account when you sign in.
- Voice & text input: Audio is streamed in real time for voice interaction. We do not store raw audio recordings. Text messages you send are processed to provide responses.
- Posts & media: Photos, videos, and text content you create or upload.
- Usage data: Session duration, feature usage, and crash reports to improve the service.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Provide and personalize your Tricia experience.
- Store your posts and memories so you can revisit them.
- Improve service quality and reliability.
- Send important service updates (no marketing emails).
4. Third-Party Service Providers (Including AI Services)
To deliver Tricia's voice-first experience, we send specific data to the following service providers. Each is contractually required to protect your data with safeguards equivalent to ours, to use it solely to deliver the service we request, and to comply with applicable privacy laws (including the CCPA and GDPR where relevant). We do not sell your personal information to third parties or advertisers.

AI services may process your voice, text, and photos to generate responses, transcripts, images, or stories. We do not authorize these providers to use your data to train their general-purpose models unless you've consented separately.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
Your data is retained while your account is active. You can delete individual posts through the app at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us at i@heytricia.ai.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA.
7. Age Requirement
Tricia is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
8. Security
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for data in transit and encrypt sensitive data at rest. Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email.
